Six Pack Abs Review
18 months ago, I suffered a slipped disc in my back due to doing crunches and it still causes problems. So, 3 months ago, I decided to purchase this product (I'm always looking for items that make life easier and have previously purchased various abdominal toners) as I needed something to help me get rid of the large layer of fat that settled on my abdomen over the last few years.
The toner is a pretty solid piece of equipment and the resistance bands are easy to swap out. Using the equipment is pretty straightforward once you get used to it but, as reported in other reviews, until you do get used to it you may find the arms are being exercised.
As for results, well, I'm quite happy with them. My abdominal muscles are more toned and defined than they were, although I am following a low calorie and fat diet which is enhancing the results. I did not expect to suddenly develop this wonderful 6 pack with using it because it is a muscle "toner" not muscle "builder".
Overall, I really like this product. It is effective if done properly and in conjunction with a sensible dietary intake. Plus it means I don't risk my back doing crunches again.

i ordered this because i was looking to replace my 6 second abs which got broke, seeing the cost of this product which was advertised in the same way, i beleived i wqas geting the same thing at a saving- i wasnt and it's not.
the 6 second ab system even the 9 second one has a 'click' system of resistance as part of its selling points, its the way you know you arent wasting your time and energy repeating a task which basically isnt gonna get you any abs, this one has nothing in terms of clicks or resistance, is dead easy to do ( too easy) and therefore has been a complete waste of money because i'm just gonna have to go back and search ( and buy) again..but for the real thing this time!
not recommended, pay up and get the real thing instead.

In principle this should be a decent product, the idea behind it is sound, it exercises the intended muscles very well and it's a well designed rip off of the "6 second abs" machine but the build quality lets it down in a big way.
I used it fairly lightly 3 times. Each time I used it one of the resistance bands broke. A few pennies more spend on more resiliant rubber bands and it could have been a usable product, however as it stands it's of no use to anyone.
It's a shame that a company would go to the trouble of designing, making, packaging and shipping something just to scupper it over 1 little thing!
I ended up returning mine to Amazon for a full refund.

NOt what i expected but
its ok,only the spare bandage wich is provided with in,not enaf. so if you do buy,make shore you find spare ones.
