I've been attending the gym for months and months now and have been desperately trying to gain more muscle and failing. I then saw the advert for the Iron Gym and thought that I'd give it a go as it's a reasonable price.

Well what a great buy it has been! In the few months I have had it my family have commented on how I'm becoming much bigger and broader and with it hanging from my door I can use it as and when. It has been the best buy I have made and because it has multi functions it's ideal for doing push ups too. I've found the product so good that I have quit my gym and am reaping the benefits physically and financially!

For me, I would recommend this to everyone in a flash, and while I write this my brothers own Iron Gym has arrived too! Buy it, you wont regret it!!

this is a nice bit of kit if you dont want to look like a meathead and have a bar permanantly screwed into a door frame. it is easy to put together, can be put up in a flash and is fairly stable. provided you load your weight straight up and down it will not fail. if, like me, you like to be creative and experiment with angles, you will fall on your tail. so now i just pull up and down, which is fine.

check the size of your doorframe. this only fits 1 of my 2 available doors.

Its a very good product. Well built, looks fairly good and does not damage the door its placed on.
Its also a great price too.
Note that it only fits on standard door frames though
