A great product. I started on level 1 which I found tough, within a week it was getting too easy and was able to move up to 2.5. I'm now on level 3.5 and this gives me a really good worout. I now find it easier to catch my breath when I'm out on my bike or running :-)

A few reviews I have read complained about them being covered in hair/fibres, no signs on mine at all so dont be put off by the other reviews.
