York Extra strong Handgrips Review
Convinced by previous reviewers I decided to buy the extra strong version, but when the grips first arrived I was a little disappointed at how difficult they were. After a few attempts they started to loosen up so no problem there. These things are great for strengthening forearms, even better than the Powerball which I rave about. Loses a star for the incredibly irritating noise.

Good Product but with a Major Flaw - Corin.BH -
Got these as an exercise to do while watching TV, and were great for a few weeks, but after that they started to squeak every time they were used. This was very annoying when used while using them.
They do the job they were made for so would be fine if you don't mind the squeaking!
I did buy another set and had the same problem.

these work very effectively you can see a difference within a few day the only down side is that they start to squeek after only a few times, expect some brusing on your palm which stopped me from working on that arm for a few days
