Powerball Neon White Pro Signature Review
I got one of these way back when I started playing the guitar and it works a treat for strengthening your wrists. There are of course other ways you could strengthen your wrists that are free and more fun but I mainly use this in my left hand so i can grip the neck of my guitar.
The one thing I will say is that sometimes if you don't use the strap it can come off and fly across the room, hitting your girlfriend in the face - this has happened a few times as I unfortunately lost the strap but I consider it an even better buy because of that - though I have to hide it now when its not in use.
Great fun product, best used in your left hand.

This item is FANTASTIC it may take some practace to get the hang of it but its well worth while learning, you can realy feel the effect great for those who do any martial arts 100%+

Friend has a poorer quality version (orange) this one runs more smoothly than smooth. Having the wrist strap attached is a good idea. Dropping it is definitely detrimental according to said friend. Not dropped mine yet. The number of starter cords it comes with is also pretty brilliant. it should be operational for quite some time yet.

I've suffered from RSI for a number of years and during that time I've tried ergonomic kit, physio, and software that forces you take breaks. But none of them have made anywhere near as much difference as the powerball. I'm almost pain free now which is just incredible. I only wish I'd known about this years ago.
I use it twice a day for about ten minutes each time. I couldn't say whether this will improve your golf or your piano playing or anything like that, but for RSI it has definitely helped me out.
